🇮🇹 La fermentazione alcolica avviene tutta a bassa temperatura, sui 14-15 gradi, per sfruttare al massimo i profumi e i gusti del nostro Roero Arneis. Dopo circa 40 giorni di fermentazione il vino rimarrà lì a riposare fino all'imbottigliamento. 🇬🇧 Fermentation happens at low temperatures–14-15° at most–to get the most of the aromas and flavours of our Roero Arneis. Then after about 40 days of fermentation the wine will stay put and rest for a while; after that it will be ready to bottle.

🇮🇹 I nostri vigneti sono prevalentemente esposti a mezzogiorno. Ci occupiamo direttamente della loro conduzione in tutte le fasi della coltivazione; dalla potatura secca a quella verde, per condurre in modo equilibrato i trattamenti seguendo le tecniche della lotta guidata e integrata. La produzione è controllata procedendo al diradamento dei grappoli quando si verifica una eccedenza di gemme. Vinifichiamo uve perfettamente sane, raccolte a mano nel momento migliore. 🇬🇧 Our vineyards are mostly south-facing. We look after our vineyards ourselves through all phases of the growing season, from the winter pruning through to the green pruning, so that the required treatments are balanced, according to the techniques of integrated pest control. We control yield by selective thinning of grape clusters in the event of an excess of new buds. We make wine with healthy grapes, handpicked at precisely the right moment.
