From an old artisan method of distillation. After pressing, the marc are passed to traditional “steam alembics” which preserve the aromas and perfumes of the original wine intact. During distillations, the impure parts are eliminated to ensure a clear flow of grappa. Classic white grappa, not aged, made from pure arneis grape marc only. Intense, leafy and fruity aroma, delicate and dry flavour. The fragrance of this Grappa add the final touch of class to every meal. Alcohol content: 43°
